My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were nice and clean, and I appreciated the upgrade to a suite. However, the shuttle service was non-existent, which was frustrating. Dining options were limited, and the restaurant felt overpriced for what it offered. Additionally, the pool area had a strong chlorine smell that deterred us from using it. Overall, it has some nice grounds, but I would prefer other options if available.

The room was clean and I received an upgrade to a suite, which was a lovely touch.

The restaurant felt a bit overpriced for basic quick eats, so I chose not to eat there.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had some nice features, but I encountered issues with noise levels and cleanliness. On the plus side, the staff were helpful and the amenities, like the pool and jacuzzi, were enjoyable. However, the unpleasant smell in the first room and some maintenance problems took away from the stay.

The room I originally got smelled like wet dog, which was really disappointing. After switching to a different room with two double beds, it was better, but I expected more for the price I paid.
Service

The front desk staff were quite helpful, especially in accommodating my room change request, but they didn’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience.

The pool area was decent and the jacuzzi was enjoyable. However, the exercise room and pool area could really use an update to elevate the experience.

I had a mixed experience at Two Trees Inn during my recent stay. The room was clean but lacked comfort and amenities, which was disappointing considering the price. The dining options were limited in the evening, and that was frustrating given we arrived hungry. However, the Bingo experience was surprisingly fun and definitely a highlight of our trip.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were clean but not very well-appointed. The bedding felt cramped for the size of the room, and there were no added touches like artwork. Overall, it didn't feel worth the price we paid.
Service
6.0
The staff were pleasant enough, but their ability to assist with issues was lacking. I was hoping for some resolution regarding my concerns, but all I received was an apology.
Location
8.0
The location is good if you're planning to engage with the casino, as it's conveniently near the main site. This was a plus for us since we came primarily for the Bingo.
Dining
5.0
Dining was quite limited once we arrived, with only a few offerings available after 8 PM, which was disappointing as we expected a fuller menu.
Facilities
5.0
The pool area didn't have towels available, and that was frustrating. Other facilities were functional but didn't impress me in any way.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this resort. The room was clean, but it left a lot to be desired, particularly in comfort and amenities. The dining options were disappointing, with limited choices and early closing times. While the staff was pleasant, there were issues with customer service that dampened the experience. Overall, I wouldn’t say it’s great value for money given the price and quality of the facilities.

Rooms

Our suite was clean but cramped, with only two double beds and a pull-out sofa. There was no decor, and the shower had weak water pressure.
Service
6.0
The staff were pleasant, but service was slow, especially during check-in with long lines and unresponsive maintenance requests.
Location
8.0
The resort is conveniently located near the casino, making it easy to enjoy the gaming and entertainment options.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was underwhelming, with a limited menu and early closing times that made it hard to find good options.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities seemed outdated and weren't well-maintained, especially the AC units and overall cleanliness in areas like the dining space.

I stayed at this hotel for a night during a tour, and while the room was nice and spacious, I faced some issues with the luggage service and dining options. The shuttle to Foxwoods was convenient, and the breakfast there was excellent, but some aspects of my experience left me wanting more.
